If the hat you ordered did not fit, you can send the hat back to us in new unworn condition, with a note inside that has your Name, Order Number, and if you would like a return or exchange for another hat.

Defective or Damaged hats

If the hat you received is defective or damaged from shipping please contact us at; as soon as you get your package to let us know. We will be needing pictures of the damage in order to get the issue dealt with.
